Ortho Molecular sells only through licensed practitioners and approved sellers — they do not authorize marketplace listings. What shows up there is diverted, expired, or counterfeit often enough that the manufacturer will not honor a warranty on it. Buying from us is how you know the lot is real and has been stored properly.

Because Ortho Molecular sets pricing through practitioner accounts rather than a public list, and we are bound by that. Registering takes a minute, we review accounts by hand, and once you are approved prices show on every product. We do not sell or share the list.

These are protocol products meant to be chosen against your labs and medications. If you are already working with a provider, bring them this list. If you are not, we can point you to one — and if you are pregnant or nursing, taking prescription medication, or managing a condition, please talk with a clinician before starting anything here.

Yes. Send us the lot number printed near the expiry date and we will request that lot's certificate from Ortho Molecular. We do not run our own lab, and we would rather say so than imply otherwise.

Because that is what gets recommended often enough to justify keeping on the shelf. The catalog behind them runs to hundreds of items — if your provider has put you on something not listed here, ask and we will bring it in.

Sixty days on unopened product. Opened bottles cannot be resold or restocked, so if something does not agree with you, tell us what happened — we will make it right case by case rather than pretending a blanket policy covers it.

Any product can ship on a 30, 60, or 90-day cycle, and the schedule can be paused or cancelled from your account without a phone call.
